- Personality typing (Enneagram, MBTI, StrengthsFinder)
- Creative self-expression
- Intrinsic motivation tools
3. Social-Emotional Learning: Sanctuary Culture, Growth Mindset & Resiliency
Focus: Navigating relationships and emotional intelligence.
Practices:
- Rupture and repair model (Imago-style dialogue)
- Feedback culture and peer dialogue
- Restorative justice circles
- Sanctuary culture that normalizes emotion and conflict resolution
4. Brain-Based Learning, Music & Language Development
Focus: Teaching what the brain is ready for.
Practices:
- Piaget-aligned, developmentally appropriate learning
- Multilingual immersion (at least 3 languages weekly)
- Daily music exposure and universal instrument requirement
- Whole-brain activation through symbolic, creative, and structured instruction
5. Nature-Based, Seasonal Learning
Focus: Aligning learning with natural rhythms.
Practices:
- No traditional summer break—seasonal blocks and rest periods
- Outdoor classrooms and sensory learning zones
- Seasonal curriculum themes
- Gardening, weather exploration, and nature play
6. Life Skills, Adulting & Conscious Adulthood
Focus: Preparing for real life, not just college.

- Cooking, taxes, budgeting, and home care
